She remained patient through our bickering. When we first put our home on the market, she told us what it would list, and what we would get and that it was the wrong time to sell. After several months of no interested, we took it off the market and re-entered when she said the time was right. When we finally sold it, the deal was exactly as she predicted. She knows her stuff.
